      CRVENI   KORALJI  was formed in 1962., in Zagreb, Croatia (ex-Yugoslavia). First name of the band was Crveni đavoli. They were inspired by Cliff Richard and The Shadows. In the beginning they played mostly covers, but "Rekla si, volimo se" - first song they wrote was a big hit. Almost 100000 copies of the single were sold (there were about 120000 record players in that time in ex-Yugoslavia). They received about 10000 letters from their fans every month. In summer of 1964 they have first tour around ex-Yugoslavia and become one of the most popular bands in that time. They won many awards on music festivals and they were nominated for the best band of ex-Yugoslavia in music magazine "Ritam" for 3 times. They were also support band to The Shadows when they were touring Yugoslavia. In july 1966 they won first price of International Beat Festival and among Yugoslav and Italian bands in Zagreb.     JOSIPA   LISAC  ss an extraordinary musically gifted child, at the age of 10 she became a member of the Croatian National Television choir. While singing the serious musical repertoire, from the old sacral, classical and modern-avangarde, to folk-traditional music, she acquired her first and then more and more rich musical education. Although she was brought up on Monteverdi, Bach, Beethoven and Britten, soon she started to take real interest in rock music, and in 1967 she became the lead singer of a popular rock group O’HARA, and shortly afterwards ZLATNI AKORDI. Her very first appearance in public provoked a true sensation with the mass audience: her singing sublimes the very best from the variety of the musical genres, and her first festival appearance, on the greatest popular music festival of that time in the Croatian town Opatija, announces the arrival and the appearance of an extraordinary singing personality on then-Yugoslavian music scene.       GRUPA   220   was formed in 1966, in Zagreb, Croatia (ex-Yugoslavia) with members of bands "Ehosi" and "Jutarnje zvijezde". They had their first gig in october the same year. In december they record their first song "Osmijeh" which becomes a big hit right away. Very soon they become one of the most popular bands in former Yugoslavia. Long hairs and "flower power" clothes attracted lot of young people. Flowers were the tickets for their concerts. In 1967 and 1968 Drago Mlinarec (vocal and guitar) composed music for two films "Protest" and "Tri sata ljubavi". They take part in "Zagreb 68" and "Split 68" festivals, and also first "Pop festival" in Zagreb. Grupa 220 released the first rock long play record in ex-Yugoslavia "Naši dani".       BOR   GOSTIŠA  was a guitar player and vocalist of the band Bele vrane. He was born in Slovenia (ex-Yugoslavia) and this is his first EP from 1968.
